Chris Han

Chris Han is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Cannon Health. In his role, he collaborates with the COO to implement initiatives for the advancement of business goals, growth, values and vision. He also provides leadership to Cannon’s Board of Directors, cultivating a strong and transparent working relationship with board members to ensure open communication about all aspects of company business. Additionally, Han acts as an ambassador for Cannon Health, both internally and externally, serving in the market to achieve strategic plans and build strong ties to the community.

Han joined Cannon Health as a pharmacist in 2013. Previously, he served as pharmacy manager and business partner for Target Pharmacies. As CEO, Han offers over a decade of pharmaceutical expertise, business management skills and customer service experience to Cannon Health.

Han holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in biology from Davidson College, and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Wingate University’s School of Pharmacy.

In his free time, Han enjoys life with his two beautiful daughters and exploring the ever-growing food scene in Charlotte.

 

Paul Mastroianni

Paul Mastroianni is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Cannon Health. In his position, he works with the CEO to advance the company’s vision, mission, values and goals for growth. He is also responsible for overseeing and managing all Cannon Health headquarters operations including accounting, financial planning and analysis, marketing, human resources, real estate, compliance, social outreach and patient advocacy. In addition, he provides advisory services to the Board of Directors, represents Cannon Health to all investors, lenders and service providers, and serves as a Trustee of the Cannon Health 401K plan.

Mastroianni joined Cannon Health as COO in 2018. Previously, he held executive-level positions for several companies including IBM, Citicorp, ITT Corp and Marsh & McLennan. He brings over 30 years of leadership, knowledge and executive financial experience to Cannon Health.

Mastroianni holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Fordham University in New York City. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

When he isn’t working, Mastroianni can be found enjoying time with his family, bonding with his dog and relaxing by the water with a fishing rod.
